Student Expresses Thanks to Amenyo Foundation 3/13/2020

University student thank You

The thank you below is written by a university student who works very hard to give back to his village by organizing academic activities for local students.

I will like to use this opportunity to say a mammoth thanks to Togbe and Mama Amenyo of Amenyo Foundation and the entire Amenyo Foundation for their supports right from day one. My community (kpenoe) is blessed beyond measures for having them. Unlike olden days my community can now boast of social amenities such as school, clinic and portable drinking water. Uncountable number of students are in the high schools and tertiary institutions and our school fees are paid in full, our hostel fees are paid, money is given to us for the purchase of handbooks and adequate money is given to us for feeling. Amenyo foundation has done and is doing a whole lot for us and I can't tell it all and I must admit the fact that we are blessed beyond measures. Even if we have 1 million tongues it won't be enough to say thanks. Before I conclude I will to plead onto others friends to come on board to support our Xmas educational festival..... Thank you

The student thank you letter below is typical of many received by Amenyo Foundation. Ghanaian students highly value education and are grateful to be able to obtain post junior high school education that would not be possible without a scholarship from Amenyo Foundation. The student's name has been redacted out of respect for the student's privacy.

A student thanks Amenyo Foundation for paying the cost of his important examination which, although he had qualified to take the exam the previous year, could not for lack of the exam fee.

14 government service students have recently been placed in Kpenoe to work in the schools. The village needed to supply plastic chairs and table for their work. In response to a request from Togbe (Chief) Kotoku XI, Amenyo Foundation provided funds for the purchase of the chairs and the hiring of a village carpenter to build the tables. The video below, is one of the government service worker’s thank you to Amenyo Foundation.
